Shipping Options & Costs
We offer several shipping methods to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our carrier’s website or directly through your account on our store.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, you can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Conditions: Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
- Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, and final clearance items are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Visit our [Returns Page] and enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
- Ship Your Items: Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Package your items securely and attach the label to the outside of the package.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and reduces the chance of items going out of stock.
